2. Quotes and orders
Prices, specifications and deadlines are confirmed individually, in writing, before production starts. An order is accepted once both sides have confirmed these details.
3. Files and materials
By sending us artwork, texts or images, you confirm that you have the right to use and print them. Please check your files carefully: approved proofs are printed as approved.
4. Delivery
Delivery time and method are agreed for each order. We will inform you promptly of any change.
5. Responsibility
We take care to deliver the agreed quality. A1 PRINT is not responsible for errors in files or proofs approved by the customer.
